1. Acceptance and eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract to use PostMX. If you are using the service on behalf of
an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.
These Terms govern your use of the website, dashboard, and API. If you do not agree to them, do not
use the service.
2. Accounts and security
You are responsible for keeping account credentials, API keys, and team access controls secure. You
must promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse.
Requests made with your credentials are treated as requests authorized by you unless we determine that
the credentials were compromised and acted upon in a reasonable timeframe.
3. Acceptable use
PostMX may be used only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
You may not use the platform to facilitate abuse, credential theft, malware delivery, unauthorized
intrusion, spamming, or harmful automated traffic.
You are responsible for the content you send, receive, or process through the service and for how you
integrate it into your systems.
4. Plans, limits, billing, and refunds
Service plans may include usage limits, rate limits, inbox caps, and message caps. Public limit
information is presented on the site or dashboard and may change when the service evolves.
If paid plans are offered, they are billed in advance under the pricing terms shown at purchase.
Unless required by law or separately stated in writing, fees are non-refundable except for duplicate
charges or verified platform-side billing errors.
5. Service availability and changes
We work to keep PostMX available and reliable, but the service is provided on an as-available basis.
We may update features, limits, integrations, or operational behavior over time.
We may perform maintenance, respond to security issues, or make changes needed for legal or operational
reasons. Where reasonable, we will try to minimize disruption.
6. Warranties and limitation of liability
PostMX is provided on an as is and as available basis. To the
maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties that are not expressly stated in these Terms.
To the extent allowed by law, BYFLARE TECHNOLOGIES OPC PRIVATE LIMITED and its affiliates will not be
liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of
the service.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, suspected abuse, security concerns, unpaid
amounts, or legal necessity. You may stop using PostMX at any time.
If access is suspended, we may disable keys or endpoints to protect the platform, other users, or
our infrastructure.
8. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, will have jurisdiction
unless another venue is required by applicable law.
